§ 102-72. Excluded services.

(a)

Collectors shall not be required to collect, remove or transport materials which exhibit any of the following characteristics:

(1)

Toxic;

(2)

Ignitable;

(3)

Reactive; or

(4)

Corrosive.

(b)

Collectors shall not be required to collect, remove or transport dead animals.
