§ 106-1. Street names, grades; actions continued in force.

All actions of the board of commissioners and its representatives naming, renaming, opening, closing, prescribing grades, etc., of streets, roads, bridges and other public ways are hereby saved from repeal, and such enactments are continued in full force and effect. Such enactments are on file in the office of the clerk of the board of commissioners.
