§ 10-12.2. Penalty for violation of section 10-12.1.

For the first conviction under foregoing section 10-12.1, vicious animals; possession of vicious animals, the following penalties may be assessed:

(1)

The convicted person may serve 60 days confinement, and/or

(2)

The convicted person may be fined $1,000.00, and/or

(3)

The convicted person may be required to relinquish control of the animal in question to Cobb County Animal Control and the animal will be dealt with in the discretion of Animal Control.
