§ 110-57. Blocks.

  • (a)

    Maximum length. Blocks shall not be more than 1,200 feet in length except where the director considers it necessary to secure efficient use of land or desired features of street pattern.

    (b)

    Minimum width. Blocks shall be wide enough to allow two tiers of lots of minimum depth except where prevented by topographical conditions or size of the property, in which case the board of commissioners may approve a single tier of lots of minimum depth.
