§ 110-116. Platting fee and recording of plat.

(a)

A platting fee in the amount established by the board of commissioners shall be required when the final plat is submitted for approval.

(b)

The subdivision administrator shall record the final plat when approved and shall have copies reproduced for the various utilities and government departments.

(c)

Projects with multiple plats shall reference the master plat.

(d)

Protective covenants shall be recorded by the developer and a copy supplied to the community development department.

(e)

Existing apartment projects which are converted to condominium projects shall meet the final plat requirements set forth in section 110-115.
