§ 114-32. Owner's responsibilities.

(a)

As partial consideration for the preferential assessment provided for in this article, an owner of property that has been granted the preferential assessment set forth in this article shall be responsible for maintaining such landmark historic property in strict accordance with the provisions of chapter 66 of this Code.

(b)

An owner of landmark historic property shall allow authorized representatives of the county access to such property, upon request by such representatives and at a mutually agreeable time, to permit inspection of such exterior property for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the requirements of this article and chapter 66 of this Code.
