§ 114-105. Penalty for violation.

(a)

In addition to the interest charges and delinquent penalties specified in this article, any person who violates any of its provisions shall be subject to the provisions of section 1-10 of chapter 1 of the Official Code of Cobb County, Georgia as amended. Such persons shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any violation of this article is committed, continued, or permitted to continue by that person and shall be punished accordingly.

(b)

The fee imposed by this article shall continue to be assessed and collected within the district until the expiration thereof as provided by law, or until otherwise terminated by the Georgia General Assembly or the board. The proceeds of the fee shall be deposited in the special fund and used as provided in this article.
