§ 114-120. Continuation; deposit in special fund.

The services tax shall continue to be imposed within the district until the expiration thereof as provided by law, or until otherwise terminated by the Georgia General Assembly or the board. Proceeds of the fee shall be deposited in the special fund and used as provided in this article.
