§ 114-138. Collection; rules and regulations.

The tax commissioner of Cobb County, Georgia shall collect the tax levied and account for the revenues generated thereby. In connection therewith, the tax commissioner shall be authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary for regular notification, payment, collection and remittance of the revenues generated by the tax to the county's finance director, or her or his designee, including all procedures related thereto.
