§ 118-32. Enforcement personnel.

It shall be the duty of the officers of the police department or such officers as are assigned by the director of public safety and all other duly authorized law enforcement officers of the county to enforce this chapter and all other traffic laws of the county and all of the state vehicle laws applicable to street traffic in the county.
