§ 118-143. Parking for certain purposes prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the purpose of:
(1)

Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by sudden emergency; in such emergency such vehicle shall be moved or towed away with all due haste.

(2)

Displaying advertising.
