§ 118-182. Unauthorized use of parking space prohibited.

No person except a person driving pursuant to a handicapped parking permit shall park any motor vehicle in any parking space marked as reserved for handicapped persons. This provision shall apply not only in public parking lots owned or operated by the county or state but also in all private parking areas within the county.
