§ 118-302. Public conduct.

  • (a)

    Interference. No person shall unreasonably hamper, obstruct or impede, or interfere with any activity or with any person, vehicle or animal participating or used in an activity with respect to which a permit under this article is issued.

    (b)

    Driving through activity. No person shall drive a vehicle through or upon any portion of a street permitted to be closed under this article.

    (c)

    Parking on activity portion of street. The director of public safety shall have the authority, when reasonably necessary, to prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street or part thereof contiguous to or in the area of the street or portion thereof closed under this article. The director of public safety shall post signs to such effect, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation thereof. No person shall be liable for parking on a street unposed in violation of this article.
