§ 118-320. Denial of application—Notice.

The director of public safety shall act upon the application for a temporary street closing permit within three days after the filing thereof. If the director of public safety disapproves the application, he shall mail to the applicant within three days after the date upon which the application was filed a notice of his action, stating the reasons for his denial of the permit.
