§ 122-57. Right to enter premises.

  • (a)

    Duly authorized employees and representatives of the county and authorized representatives of applicable federal and state regulatory agencies bearing proper credentials and identification shall be allowed to enter all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, monitoring, testing and examination and copying of records pertinent to discharges to the county wastewater system in accordance with the provisions of this article. The county may, but is not required to, provide the user with prior notice of the entry.

    (b)

    Duly authorized employees and representatives of the county bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the county holds a utility easement for the purposes of, but not limited to, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the water or wastewater facilities lying within such easement.
