§ 122-89. Late fees for unpaid, past due invoiced accounts.

All invoiced water system accounts are due and payable on the date of invoicing. All invoiced accounts not paid within 30 days from the date of invoicing are past due. A late fee of ten percent of the invoiced amount shall be assessed on all unpaid, past due invoices. This late fee provision shall not apply to billed accounts which are covered by subsection 122-84(a).
