§ 122-114. Utilization of previously used water and wastewater pipes and materials.

Previously used water and wastewater pipes and materials may be utilized in connection with new buildings only when found, on examination and test by the department director or his designee, to be in good, serviceable condition and to meet all requirements of this article.
