§ 122-127. All water and wastewater facilities construction plans must be approved by the county.

In the event of a delegation of authority from the state environmental protection division, the county water system shall have review authority over all water and wastewater facilities constructed in the county. Thereafter, all water and wastewater facilities construction plans, whether in incorporated or unincorporated areas, shall be approved by the county water system prior to the commencement of construction.
