Division 5. GENERAL USE OF PUBLIC WATER AND WASTEWATER FACILITIES |
§ 122-151. General.
(a)
Unauthorized connections prohibited. No person shall make an unauthorized water or sewer connection nor obtain unauthorized water or wastewater services. Persons so making unauthorized connections or obtaining unauthorized service shall be subject to a fee as set forth in the county water and wastewater fee schedule, published separately, and shall also be subject to prosecution for a violation of this Code.

For that reason the provisions and requirements contained in the county cross connection control program are adopted herein by reference.
