§ 122-243. Correction of unsanitary system.

Any septic tank, privy or any other private sewage, industrial waste or liquid waste disposal system located on any premises that does not function in a sanitary manner shall be made to function in a sanitary manner within 30 days from the receipt of a written notification and order from the director of the county board of health or his or her designee that such system is not functioning in a sanitary manner.
