§ 126-61. Prohibition against limitation or disclaimer of liability.

No zone holder shall limit or disclaim, contractually or otherwise, any liability it may have under the laws of this state with respect to loss, damage or theft of any vehicle it removes or stores or the loss, damage or theft of any equipment, accessories, personal articles or other items either attached to or inside vehicles so removed or stored.
