§ 134-6. Property requiring more than one zoning hearing process.

Latest version.
  • In order to consolidate and streamline public hearing processes relating to properties that need more than one zoning hearing process, the board of commissioners authorizes community development staff to consolidate multiple applications into one zoning hearing date. The applications will still be submitted separately for the various processes, but will be assigned one hearing date to be heard en masse. The filing fee shall be consolidated into one fee, which shall be the highest single fee for all the processes. Lot size variances will be included as part of a rezoning or special land use permit application. Additionally, required signage for each process shall be posted.
