§ 134-167. Density calculations for projects utilizing existing county roadways.

Redevelopment projects that incorporate existing roadways, which during the redevelopment are to be abandoned by the county and/or incorporated into and utilized in the new development, may be used in calculating density. However, existing roadways that are near the proposed redevelopment site and are not to be incorporated into the project will not be used in calculating density.
