The enforcement personnel are hereby empowered to enter into or inspect any building,
structure or premises upon which a sign subject to this article is located for the
purpose of inspecting the sign, its structural and electrical connections and to ensure
compliance with the provisions of this article and other applicable ordinances. Inspections
shall be carried out during reasonable business hours, unless an emergency exists.
(b)
This provision is in addition to and without prejudice to the rights of other inspectors
and regulators to enter into and inspect premises.
