An ordinance adopted Jan. 25, 2005, repealed former §§ 18-3, 18-4 of the Code, which pertained to fire walls in fee simple townhouses and chimney chases, respectively, and derived from an ordinance adopted June 24, 1969; No. 12 of a motion adopted May 11, 1971; an ordinance adopted April 14, 1981; and the 1977 Code, §§ 3-13-41(4), (9).
