§ 18-53. Jurisdiction.

The development and inspection division home builders advisory board shall have the authority and the duty to review and make recommendations on matters referred to it by the county board of adjustments and appeals, to provide technical advice on county inspections department operations, and to assist in reviewing and recommending any necessary changes to the International Residential Code, excluding Part V.
