§ 1-4. Territorial applicability.

(a)

Except as specifically provided otherwise, this Code only applies in the unincorporated areas of the county.

(b)

Where the county provides utility or other service to an incorporated area, the ordinances relating to such service apply in that incorporated area.

(c)

The provisions of article II of chapter 62 shall apply in the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county.
