§ 38-29. Powers and duties.

The board of trustees created by this article is given the following powers and duties:
(1)

To provide for the collection of all money provided for in this chapter;

(2)

To make all necessary rules and regulations governing disbursements of witness fees from the aforementioned witness fee fund;

(3)

To keep records of all its meetings and proceedings; and

(4)

To exercise all other powers necessary for the proper administration of the provisions of this chapter.
