§ 42-1. Election districts.

Latest version.

All ordinances, resolutions, motions and orders establishing, designating, describing and changing election districts, and particularly, but not exclusively, the motion passed on October 24, 1967, as amended, are hereby saved from repeal and continued in full force and effect. Such ordinances, etc., are on file in the office of the clerk of the board of commissioners.
