§ 50-145. Inspection for preventive maintenance, regional facilities.

(a)

Preventive maintenance inspections of infiltration system, retention or detention structures or other stormwater management facilities and best management practices owned by the county comprising regional public facilities may be made by the department. The inspection schedule may include an inspection during the first year of operation and subsequent inspection at least once annually thereafter and after each major storm event.

(b)

Inspection reports shall be maintained by the department.
