§ 50-157. Inspection schedule and reports.

(a)

Prior to approval of stormwater design plan, the applicant shall submit a proposed staged inspection and construction control schedule, which the department shall either approve, disapprove or modify. Inspections shall be conducted during construction of stormwater management systems in accordance with the protocols documented by the community development agency.

(b)

No stage of work shall proceed until the next preceding work, according to the sequence specified in the approved staged inspection and construction control schedule, is inspected and approved.

(c)

Any portion of the work which does not comply with the stormwater design plan shall be promptly corrected by the permittee.

(d)

The permittee shall notify the department before commencing any work to implement the stormwater design plan and upon completion of the work.
