§ 50-194. Cooperation with other governments.

The county may enter into agreements with other local governments to carry out the purposes of this article. These agreements may include but are not limited to enforcement of provisions, resolution of disputes, cooperative monitoring, and cooperative management of stormwater system and management programs.
