§ 54-54. State minimum standards adopted.

The state minimum fire safety standards adopted in the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to O.C.G.A. tit. 25, ch. 2 (O.C.G.A. § 25-2-1 et seq.), including all subsequent revisions thereof, are adopted by reference.

The state minimum fire safety standards shall apply to all structures in unincorporated Cobb County and the cities of Acworth, Kennesaw, and Powder Springs except for one-family and two-family dwellings.
