§ 6-86. License required for manufacture, sale.

No alcoholic beverages shall be manufactured or sold at wholesale or retail, in the original package or by the drink, nor shall any bottle house be operated except under a license granted by the board of commissioners. A farm winery is required to obtain a license as provided in this chapter for the manufacture of wine.
