§ 6-174. Prices to be conspicuously displayed.

  • Each retail licensee shall have conspicuously displayed within the interior of the licensed premises not less than four copies of a printed price list of the liquors offered for sale; however, a licensee, in lieu of having four copies of a printed list, may have the price placed on the bottles or on the bottom of the shelf where liquors are exhibited for sale.
