§ 78-43. Change of location or ownership of business.
(a)
Any person moving from one location to another shall notify the supervisor of the business license office of such move and of the new address in writing, on a form provided by the supervisor, no later than the day of moving.
(b)
A new business registration certificate will be issued upon payment of a change of location fee, if the new location conforms to the county's zoning regulations. The amount of this fee shall be available as part of the schedule of fees in the business license office. When a change of ownership occurs, the new owners shall notify the business license office and pay a change of ownership fee, as established in the schedule of fees.
