§ 78-90. Same—Misrepresentation of effect of permit issuance.

It shall be unlawful for any door-to-door salesperson to represent by word, action or deed that the issuance of a permit or registration by the county license bureau in any way represents approval or condonation of either the action of the door-to-door salesperson or his product or organization.
