§ 78-252. Investigation and report.

  • (a)

    Any applicants for a license under this division who intends to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, sell alcoholic beverages by the package, or allows alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises, shall be investigated by the county police department, and a report made to the business license office. This requirement shall be waived if a current investigation report is on file. For purposes of this section; the term "current" is defined as being within the past six months.

    (b)

    The police reports shall be sent to the business license office to be placed in the applicant's file.
