§ 78-353. Minimum distance from certain uses.

Latest version.

No adult entertainment establishment shall be located within the following distances as defined and measured as stated in this division:
(a)

Within 500 feet of any residence.

(b)

Within 1,000 feet of a church, school, governmentally owned or operated building, library, civic center, public park, hospital, community club or prison.

(c)

Within 1,000 feet of another establishment regulated or defined under this division.
