The board of commissioners shall have 45 days from the receipt of a completed application
to make a decision in which to grant or deny a license for an adult entertainment
establishment. In the event the board of commissioners has not granted or denied the
application within 45 days, the application shall be deemed to be approved and the
license shall issue immediately, provided the license fee has been paid.
(b)
Any denial of an application for a license by the board of commissioners may be appealed
to the Cobb County Superior Court within 30 days of the decision to deny by writ of
certiorari.
