§ 78-368. Duration; renewal.

A business license for an adult entertainment establishment may be renewed on a calendar year basis provided that the licensee continues to meet the requirements set out in this division and as subsequently amended. The renewal fee for the business license for an adult entertainment establishment shall be established by resolution of the board of commissioners. Renewal applications shall be due by November 15 of the year proceeding the license renewal year. In the event no action is taken on the request for the renewal of said license by January 1 of the renewal year, the licensee shall have the right to continue operation for the renewal year.
