§ 78-391. Registration and license required.

Latest version.

Any person, who under state law is defined as a dealer in precious metals, before engaging in business in the county, shall:
(1)

Register with the county business license office and provide all information as required under state law; and

(2)

Obtain a business license under the terms of section 78-34.
