§ 78-403. Time limit for obtaining license after approval; issuance.

(a)

All precious metals dealer licenses must be obtained and fees paid not later than two weeks from the date of the approval of the application by the supervisor of the business license office, and, if not so obtained, the approval granted by the supervisor of the business license office shall be void.

(b)

When a license has been approved and the applicant has deposited with the business license office the required fee, the license shall be issued.
