§ 78-553. Attachments to the application.

Latest version.

Each application shall be accompanied by the following:
(1)

Two recent photographs of the applicant in a format prescribed by the business license division or public safety agency, designed to be easily attachable to the license;

(2)

A complete set of the applicant's fingerprints in a format prescribed by the public safety agency; and

(3)

A copy of the applicant's driver's license or state issued photographic identification card.
