§ 82-34. Limitations of permit.

The issuance of any permit under the provisions of this article shall in no way be construed as superseding the requirement for the location of mobile homes, as such requirements may be contained within appropriate resolutions or other actions of the board of commissioners; and the issuance of a permit under the provisions of this article shall not prohibit the board of commissioners from requiring a relocation of the mobile home to a place where such mobile home is permitted by the regulations of the board of commissioners; but in such case, the owner of such mobile home shall apply for and obtain a permit for such relocation as if such relocation was the result of his own initiative.
