§ 86-1. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Except as specifically provided otherwise in this chapter, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation of such ordinance and shall be punished in accordance with section 1-10 and as it may be amended from time to time.
