§ 86-30. Driving on school property.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle upon or across any part of any public school property of the county, except upon roadways laid out and maintained for vehicular travel. This section shall not apply to county employees whose duties require them to drive maintenance equipment over such school property.
