§ 10-62. Same—Additional part-time assistant district attorney.

The district attorney is hereby authorized to appoint a second part-time assistant district attorney who shall possess the same qualifications and authorization as the part-time district attorney provided for in section 10-61 of this division. The part-time district attorney provided for herein shall be assigned to the juvenile court of Cobb County and he shall be compensated an annual amount [as fixed by law], payable in equal monthly installments from the funds of Cobb County.
