§ 10-105. Qualifications of judges.

The judge of the state court of Cobb County shall have been a resident and elector of Cobb County, Georgia, for at least three years immediately preceding his election or appointment, and shall have been engaged in the practice of law at least seven years next preceding his election or appointment hereunder and shall be at least 30 years of age. Said judge shall not engage in the practice of law in any state or federal court during his tenure of office.
