§ 10-123. Disposition of monies; record.

From and after the passage of this section, the clerk of said court shall pay into the county treasury of Cobb County all amounts of costs, fines and forfeitures collected by said court, such payments to be made monthly on or before the tenth day of each month. It shall be the duty of the clerk to keep a record of all monies received by the court, and the governing authority of Cobb County shall have the right to have an audit made of all accounts.
